RTOpacks platform and original content¶

The RTOpacks platform, including its software, user interface, design, editorial content, structural architecture, and original written materials, is the intellectual property of UCCA Inc and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited.

Training Package content (TGA)¶

Qualification and unit of competency descriptors displayed on RTOpacks are sourced from the National Register of VET and are published by the Australian Government under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 3.0 Australia (CC BY-ND 3.0 AU) licence.

Under this licence: - Content may be reproduced with attribution to the original source - No derivatives are permitted — unit descriptors and qualification content must not be modified, reworded, or adapted

Outcome data (VNDA)¶

Graduate outcome data displayed in the Recon Panel is sourced from the VET National Data Asset (VNDA), published by Jobs and Skills Australia. This data is made available by the Australian Government for statistical and informational purposes. See our AI & Data Transparency Statement for full data provenance, limitations, and disclaimer.

Trademarks¶

RTOpacks and UCCA are trademarks of UCCA Inc. USPTO Registration No. 7,619,705 (UCCA). Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
